I am married to Elaine and we have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. We were both confirmed at Gracious Street in the early 1980s and we returned to Harrogate from Oxfordshire 5 years ago after spending nearly 15 years living and working in the south.

I am a retired surveyor/valuer and spent most of my working life in the Power & Telecoms industries. Apart from church life my main interests are reading, painting, playing tennis, golf and walking. Gracious Street is a very special place for me, a spiritual home for so many where we still have many lovely friends and where we can enjoy worship and good Christian fellowship.
