I am Bill Rodham, and I've been married to Dot for 32 years. Whilst we don't have any children of our own, we have a collection of real nieces, and grand nieces and nephews. We also have a number of 'adopted' ‘nieces and nephews' within the Church family that we have been privileged to watch develop and grow - and hopefully supported, on their life's journeys.
I enjoy (watching now) most sports and I am a lifelong supporter of Sunderland AFC. In past years the game of bowls played a huge part in my life - it is how I met a Dot actually, but that's another story.
I am a chartered Civil Engineer by profession and have spent the last 25 years working for the Environment Agency on flood alleviation projects.
As a member of the Leadership and Management teams I am keen to help create a culture where all can find their place in the life and work of the Church, enabling each and every one of us to live out their faith and share it with others. My specific role as treasurer means ensuring that we have sufficient financial resources to support that goal.
